An asymmetric navy saucer hat, Roan is shaped from A-grade sinamay with a sleek navy base that catches the light. White and navy buntal swirls rise from the top, gathered around a cluster of multi-coloured crystal beads at the centre, while the saucer lifts dramatically on the left for a bold, asymmetric silhouette. Hand-made in our London atelier by Merve Bayindir Millinery, a member of the British Fashion Council, Roan is finished to a couture standard, a striking, sculptural piece in navy and white.

Event: Weddings, Royal Ascot, summer race days, formal occasions, and garden parties.

Styling: Wear the saucer tilted so the raised left side reads as the focal point and the swirls rise clear of the head. Its navy and white pair cleanly with navy, white, grey and neutral tailoring, and the crystal cluster lifts the look for a formal occasion. Sweep hair into a low chignon or sleek waves, and let fine, sparkling earrings echo the crystals.
