How do I set up an account to place an order?

Can I order by telephone?
We are happy to take your order over the telephone however we advise on e-mailing us at info@mervebayindir.com or make a zoom appointment so we won’t have any misunderstandings.
I have forgotten my password- how can I recover it?
Please click the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link when you sign in. This will email a new password to your email address.
How can I change my personal details?
Please log into your account where you will be able to change or save your details and preferences.
Do I get your newsletters when I register?
Yes. When you register you will be part of our mailing list, this will give you all the updates, let you know about new models and sample sales.
Once I register do you share my information to 3rd parties?
No. We will never share your information with 3rd parties.

SIZING
What size should I order?
Most of the online pieces are one size fits all. However for the sized items please measure all around your head, going above your ears like the picture below to find out your size. Please e-mail or call us if you are not sure.
ORDERING
How do I find a specific item?
You can search for a specific item in the website by using the search bar found in the expanding menu at the top right corner of each web page.
The piece I want is no longer available, will there be more coming in stock?
Unfortunately if a piece is no longer available, it usually means we no longer have the specific fabric or the accessories to make it. However please email info@mervebayindir.com with the product name you are looking for and we will do our best to try and locate it for you elsewhere, or at least help you to find a similar piece.
How will I know if you have received my order?
You will receive an order confirmation by email.
I placed an order but did not receive my confirmation e-mail.
We send an email confirmation for each order that has been placed. Please check your spam or junk mail for our email and if you still can not find the confirmation e-mail please contact us via telephone +44(0)7714781389 or e-mail at info@mervebayindir.com

Do you store credit card details or do you share financial details?
No. We do not store credit card details not do we share financial details.
Does your prices include VAT?
YES, prices are with %20 VAT, if you are buying outside of UK the %20 VAT is removed at check out.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept paypal, all major credit and debit cards.
Do you take the full payment?
Yes, for you order to be placed you have to make a full payment including the delivery fee.

CUSTOMS & DUTY
I am buying outside of the UK. Do I pay customs?
Yes, you must pay customs and duty expenses to the government of the country you are ordering from.
Am i paying both tax in UK and at my customs?
No, we remove the %20 VAT at check out, so you are only responsible for your own countries customs and duty expenses.
How much will customs and duty cost me?
It depends on the country you are ordering from.
My product is stuck in customs; what do I do?
We follow your orders until you receive them; however, if a product gets stuck in customs due to a missing document, we are happy to help, and assist you as much as we can. However, it is not our responsibility if it is due to a customs procedure problem.
