Delivery
All items purchased through our website are shipped via DHL Express, with delivery costs covered by Merve Bayindir Millinery. Once dispatched, your order can be tracked via the courier’s website. Tracking details will be shared with you by your dedicated customer representative, and you will also receive email notifications from the courier with options to reschedule delivery or leave your parcel with a neighbour.
As deliveries are made by courier, you may choose a delivery address different from your billing address. If you have any special delivery requirements, please contact our atelier at info@mervebayindir.com to discuss available options, including collection.

Delivery Times
Most items are ready to ship, with limited stock availability, and will be dispatched the next working day.
For made-to-order items, please refer to the individual product page for lead times. For further information, feel free to contact us at info@mervebayindir.com.
International delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on the destination. Please note that orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. Merve Bayindir Millinery is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

Returns & Refunds
All our hats and headpieces are handcrafted in our London atelier to the highest standards. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item does not meet your expectations, please contact us at +44 (0) 7714 781389.
We accept returns for ready-to-wear items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, in perfect condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
Please contact us before returning any item. It is helpful for us to understand the reason for your return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or sent in error. We recommend using a tracked and insured service such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, or Royal Mail. Items must be returned with a tracking number, in their original packaging, with all previous shipping labels removed.

• This returns policy applies to all purchases made through our online shop.
• We do not offer returns or refunds on bespoke or custom-made orders.
• If an item is returned due to a fault or an error on our part, we will refund the purchase price.
• For returns due to personal reasons (e.g. change of mind), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.
