DELIVERY & RETURNS
All items purchased through the website will be sent by courier, paid by Merve Bayindir millinery and can be tracked via the courier company’s website. Customers will receive notifications by email and will have the option of re-arranging the delivery or leaving it with a neighbour.
Due to our deliveries being made by courier, you may choose a delivery address which is different to your billing address. If you have special requirements, please contact the atelier email@example.com to discuss delivery options or collection.
All the rest of our items are made to order therefore will not be ready to ship for 15 days from the order. Only our sample product are available for immediate purchase and delivery within 2-3 working day. If you are within UK and have an urgent need we can arrange a next day delivery at your expense. Please e-mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org before 1pm. International delivery times vary depending on final destination from 2 to 5 working days, please note that deliveries outside of UK may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, custom clearance fee, or any other fees of the destination country.
We ship all around the world so if your country could not be found on the list during check out please contact us through e-mail.
Returns & Refunds
All our hats and headpieces are of the highest quality and each one is handmade to order at our atelier in London. For this reason we are unable to accept returns on custom made items. We do however want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase, so if your headpiece does not match or exceed your expectations, please don’t hesitate to phone the studio on +44 (0) 2089642470
All sample sale items and all online sale items are returnable within a 7 working day period. We would ask that you email us within 48hrs of receipt of any purchase to arrange the return. It is helpful for us to know why you would like to return the goods. Once the goods are back with us we will refund the full purchase price. We are not liable for the the return cost unless there is an error on our part or if there is any fault with the goods. The item must be returned, unworn and in perfect condition with all labels intact.
We recommend using the following couriers to return your parcel: UPS, DHL, Fedex or Royal Mail via your local post office. If using Royal Mail, you must send back using the Special delivery service to ensure that the parcel is trackable. Please return the goods in the same box in which you received your goods with all initial postage labelling removed.

• Our returns and refunds policy is applicable to all purchases made through our online shop.
• We do not offer exchanges or refunds on BESPOKE / CUSTOM orders made directly through the studio
• If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will happily refund your purchase excluding the cost of sending it back to us
• Should you wish to return or exchange your order for personal reasons including a change of heart, you will be responsible for all postal charges relating to the return. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service other wise if the item is lost during return you will not be refunded.
