A warm caramel wool felt pillbox beret with a softly sculpted, slightly slouched crown. Delicate trimmed black feather appliqués trail across the surface in fine, hand-drawn lines, evoking wind through autumn leaves or ink spilling in slow motion, while a small felt stalk rises from the top to crown the piece with an unexpected, almost surreal flourish. The result holds an earthy sophistication and a quiet avant-garde edge in the same gesture. Hand-made in our London atelier by Merve Bayindir Millinery, a member of the British Fashion Council, Raven is finished to a couture standard, a beret for those who prefer subtlety worn with a wink.

Event: Autumnal weddings, city strolls, museum and gallery openings, intimate afternoon engagements, and refined day-to-evening occasions.

Styling: Raven asks for an outfit that lets its lines breathe. A camel coat over wide-leg black trousers and a fitted knit top creates a long, modern silhouette that elevates the piece from day to evening, while hair worn in a tucked bob or low chignon keeps the appliqué details in clear view. Warm the palette with gold or brass earrings and a slim leather bag in cognac or black, restrained pieces that allow the hat's quiet drama to remain centre stage.
