A navy and white teardrop wide-brim hat, Ocean is a multi-layered saucer shape in A-grade sinamay, edged with a contrasting white band. A pair of straight navy and white buntal stripes crisscross over the top, and a cluster of sparkling multi-coloured crystals sits at their intersection as the focal point. Hand-made in our London atelier by Merve Bayindir Millinery, a member of the British Fashion Council, Ocean is finished to a couture standard, a refined statement hat with a clean, graphic edge.

Event: Mother-of-the-bride occasions, weddings, Royal Ascot, garden parties, and formal high-society events.

Styling: Wear the brim tilted to follow the teardrop line, angled to frame the face. Its navy and white pair cleanly with navy, white, grey and soft neutral tailoring, and the crystal cluster lifts the look for a more formal occasion. Sweep hair into a low chignon or sleek waves beneath the brim, and let fine, sparkling earrings echo the crystals.
