A navy velvet headband with a regal, statement presence, Phoenix pairs a stiffened veil with a striking gold bird. A navy veil covers half the face for a distinctly royal look, while a gold-coloured metal bird, set with a large navy rhinestone, rises from the band. Navy feathers fan out high behind it to create a tall, dramatic silhouette, the whole piece reading strong and elegant yet surprisingly easy to wear. Hand-made in our London atelier by Merve Bayindir Millinery, a member of the British Fashion Council, Phoenix is finished to a couture standard, a confident statement piece for weddings and beyond.

Event: Weddings, wedding-guest occasions, horse races, formal events, and evening occasions.

Styling: Wear Phoenix high on the head so the gold bird and fanned feathers rise dramatically and the veil falls across the face. Its sculptural height suits the bolder end of the race-day register: pair it with navy, ivory or jewel-toned tailoring to let the bird and feathers lead. Wear hair smoothed back so the band sits cleanly, and finish with fine gold or crystal jewellery for a regal, occasion-ready finish.
