Ascot Celebrates a Decade of the Royal Ascot Millinery Collective
As we mark the tenth year of the Royal Ascot Millinery Collective, our 2025 collection is deeply inspired by the timeless elegance and craftsmanship of the couture houses of Paris and the revered tailors of Savile Row. These iconic fashion institutions – where trunk shows and bespoke fittings have taken place for centuries – serve as the creative foundation for this year’s designs, under the direction of British fashion designer Daniel Fletcher for a second year.
The essence of Royal Ascot is rooted in craftsmanship, elegance, and dress codes that have evolved over generations. Rather than viewing tradition as a constraint, we embrace it as a platform for innovation. The 2025 collection reflects this philosophy – drawing inspiration from the past while presenting a vision that is modern, immersive, and dynamic.
For this milestone year, we have collaborated with leading milliners to curate a monochrome palette as the defining aesthetic. Ranging from dramatic blacks and metallic accents to soft creams and understated neutrals, this carefully considered approach ensures a seamless visual harmony while celebrating the individuality and creative expression of each designer.
From legendary milliner Stephen Jones OBE to rising talent Eliurpi, this year’s lineup redefines headwear as wearable art – pushing creative boundaries while honouring millinery as an essential element of contemporary fashion.
