A bold red and black button-shaped fascinator, Kingsley is built on a rounded red sinamay base and crowned with a bouquet of black crepe roses, black-shaded red peonies and black buntal swirls. A delicate red netted veil drapes over the face for a touch of vintage mystery, while the deep red and black palette gives the piece its drama. Hand-made in our London atelier by Merve Bayindir Millinery, a member of the British Fashion Council, Kingsley is finished to a couture standard, a striking statement piece for the season's boldest occasions.

Event: Royal Ascot and the Royal Enclosure, the Kentucky Derby, Cheltenham, statement race days, and formal high-fashion events.

Styling: Wear the fascinator centre-front or angled slightly to the right, secured on its band so the floral crown sits upright. Its red and black palette makes a strong statement against black, white or deep jewel tones, and the veil adds drama for the races. Sweep hair into a low knot or sleek waves so the flowers and veil lead, and keep jewellery bold but pared back.
